This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Oversee the email calendar and testing roadmap across all global teams including lifecycle/retention, acquisition, CX and product
Perform regular audits & all maintenance functions to ensure domain health and deliverability
Manage end-to-end email and push notification execution both in house and via external contractors, from setting up creative testing and audience segmentation to building, testing and deployment of all campaigns
Execute test strategies around key email components such as content, timing, audience segmentation, and frequency to drive performance of email campaigns
Compile, track, and analyze email performance KPIs and make recommendations to campaigns based on this analysis and drive increased revenue
Support the testing and integration of new email capabilities and tools
Create, update and maintain transactional emails and trigger campaigns.
Project manage our transition to a new mobile-first email service provider, including contracting, implementation, and any follow up vendor relationships
Monitor email deliverability and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations and international data collection policies
Assist in campaign creation, which includes email build, list segmentation, journey setup, and tracking.
Oversee campaign nomenclature and hierarchy and update as necessary.
Conduct A/B and segmentation tests that enhance marketing effectiveness to identify best marketing practices for email audiences.
Build ongoing strategies to optimize email/nurture performance and conversions, including segmentation and automation testing.
Support ad-hoc requests and strategically problem-solve and identify opportunities to improve email deliverability.
Help manage, direct, and answer inquiries/questions related to email campaigns.
Document campaigns and processes to Support team needs.

Open Rates (OR)
Click-Through Rates (CTR)
Conversion %
Average Order Value (AOV)
Lifetime Value (LTV)
All projects are completed by the listed deadline.
Projects regularly require no more than 2 rounds of revision for preference updates, mistakes, additions, etc.
About You:
Core qualifications:
A VERY high Level of Klaviyo & Attentive experience and all related technical aspects is required for this role
Previous experience working with direct response DTC brands, ideally in the CPG space is required for this role
Fluent written and verbal English communication skills are required
Copywriting experience with direct response DTC brands would be considered an asset
Ability to quickly learn to use the brand’s tone of voice & improve upon it
Being task-oriented, and able to manage your own workflow

Be extremely passionate about using data to perform better
Loves to beat what was previously “the best we can do”
Loves writing all copy for promotional & product launch campaigns and exceeding benchmarks for performance
