Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo Expert)

and exceptional customer experiences that build loyalty and trust with our customers. As a Marketing
Coordinator (Brand Focus), you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for assisting with the
creation of brand assets, videos, photos, and social media content.

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketer to join our marketing operation team to develop
and manage strategies and execute email marketing automation and campaigns. This role
requires somebody that is creative, analytical, self-driven, and detail-oriented. The ideal
candidate loves email marketing and is deeply passionate about improving performance!

Key responsibilities:
– Developing and executing large-scale email marketing campaigns
– Create individual email campaigns according to brand guidelines
– Continuously measuring and optimizing email marketing automation and campaign performance
– Strategize & formulate email marketing strategies
– Execute, monitor, and troubleshoot the strategies
– Produce quality campaign design and copy that aligns with our brand
– Analytics recording and evaluation (eg: email open rates, revenue generated per email campaign)
– Make decisions based on data to optimize strategies on a weekly basis
– Manage email marketing campaigns and automation
– Create weekly reports and analyses, suggesting improvements
– QC all emails before sending, with final approval from the manager
– Gathering and analyzing competitor email programs for insights around email strategy, targeting, promotional offers, and cadence/delivery timing

Requirements:
– At least a Bachelor’s Degree
– At least 3 years of progressive experience in Email Marketing
– Proven email marketing competency: various ESPs. Klaviyo experience is a must
– Adobe Suite or Canva experience
– Strong written and verbal English skills
– Computer Specs – RAM should be at least 16GB or higher and for processors – 10th Gen
and up i7 (ideal) / 10th Gen i5 is only acceptable if 3.6GHz with 8305G speed
