Responsibilities:
As an Email Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to create and execute impactful email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo. You will be responsible for the following:
1. Developing Email Marketing Strategies:
– Create effective email marketing strategies that align with our business goals and target audience.
– Segment our email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics to deliver personalized and relevant content.
2. Crafting Compelling Email Campaigns:
– Design visually appealing and compelling email templates that adhere to our brand guidelines and optimize for deliverability and engagement.
– Write engaging and persuasive copy for promotional emails, newsletters, product updates, and other email communications.
3. Executing and Managing Campaigns:
– Set up and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring proper audience segmentation and accurate delivery times.
– Conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
– Monitor email campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role with a focus on using Klaviyo.
– In-depth knowledge of Klaviyo’s features, capabilities, and best practices for email marketing.
– Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
– Proficiency in creating visually appealing email templates and writing compelling copy.
– Experience with audience segmentation and targeting to optimize campaign effectiveness.
– Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and strategies to maintain a positive sender reputation.
– A/B testing expertise to improve email performance over time.
– Excellent communication skills & written English
– Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously and work independently
– Experience with ChatGPT
– Experience with Canva
– A sense of humor and a knack for infusing fun into the digital realm!
