We are on the lookout for a talented and dynamic Email Marketing Specialist to spearhead our upcoming project – the launch of WiwiriApp 3.0!
About WiwiriApp:
WiwiriApp is revolutionizing the beauty industry, connecting black hairstylists with clients through an innovative platform. As we prepare to launch WiwiriApp 3.0 with exciting new features, we are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on a project-based arrangement.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Klaviyo Setup and Configuration:
Configure Klaviyo to align with marketing objectives and audience segmentation.
Design Mail Templates:
create visually appealing and on-brand email templates.
Email Template Setup:
Implement and integrate designed templates into Klaviyo, ensuring responsiveness.
Email Automation and Flows:
Develop and set up automated email flows guiding users through onboarding and feature highlights.
Number of Campaigns: 5
Plan, execute, and monitor a series of five impactful email campaigns leading up to and following the launch.
Copywriting:
Craft compelling copy for each campaign, ensuring clarity, excitement, and brand alignment.
Delivery Time: 7-10 Days
Complete the entire email marketing setup, including template design, automation, and campaigns within 7 to 10 days.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with design, content, and development teams for seamless integration with our overall marketing strategy.
Testing:
Conduct thorough testing of all email components to identify and address potential issues.
Reporting and Analysis:
Implement tracking mechanisms for performance monitoring and provide insights for optimizations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in email marketing, preferably using Klaviyo.
Strong copywriting skills.
Ability to work on a project-based arrangement.
