Job Responsibilities (in order of importance):

MAIN FOCUS: Email Marketing:
– Develop email marketing strategies to support business objectives and marketing initiatives.
– Create and manage email campaigns, including drafting copy, designing templates, and scheduling sends.
– A/B test subject lines, content, and calls to action to optimize campaign performance.
– Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics.
– Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
– Draft and Present detailed reporting to enhance the effectiveness of the marketing efforts, and contribute to strategic business decisions.

NICE TO HAVES:

Content Creation:
– Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, that resonate with our target audience.
– Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.

Social Media Management:
– Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives and KPIs.
– Manage and maintain our company’s presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, and Instagram.

Calendar Management:
– Efficiently manage the events calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, etc.

Email Management:
– Handle email correspondence, filtering and prioritizing messages as necessary.

General Administrative Tasks:
– Undertake miscellaneous tasks and projects as they arise.
-Act as a fast learner, adapting to new tools and processes efficiently.
– Maintain organization and efficiency in all tasks and communications.
– Develop and standardize processes for responsibilities.
– Attend executive-level and managerial-level meetings.

Key Qualifications:

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to conduct research and draft documents with attention to detail.
– Strong organizational skills and the capability to multitask effectively.
– Proficiency in Canva for creating visual content and PowerPoint for presentations.
– Proficiency with email marketing is essential.
– Familiarity with communication platforms hosted in the Microsoft 365 suite of apps like MS Teams, Outlook, To Do, and/or Sharepoint.
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and procedures quickly.
– Prior knowledge of CRM systems such as Go High Level is advantageous.
– Dedicated, efficient, and has a proactive approach to problem-solving.
– Ability to develop a comprehensive email marketing strategy that integrates with the broader marketing goals of the golf course.

Salary: $8 / hour
Schedule: 40 hrs a week
