We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Email Marketing Strategist and Developer/Implementer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective email marketing strategies, as well as translating those strategies into engaging and high-performing email campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with our business goals and target audience.
Conduct thorough market research, analyze data, and identify trends to inform email marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop segmented customer personas and tailor email campaigns accordingly.
Design and implement automated email workflows, including welcome series, nurturing campaigns, and re-engagement sequences.
Create and optimize email templates, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and optimal user experience.
Craft compelling and persuasive email copy and subject lines to drive open rates and engagement.
Utilize A/B testing to optimize email campaign performance, including elements such as layout, CTAs, and messaging.
Monitor and analyze key email metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and subscriber growth.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing and automation.
Collaborate with the development team to implement technical aspects of email campaigns, such as HTML coding, tracking tags, and personalization.
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in email marketing strategy development and execution.
Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar).
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a focus on persuasive and engaging email content.
Experience in developing and implementing segmented email marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and list management.
Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate ideas and strategies.
