Email Marketing Support Needed

We’re looking for experienced email marketing support with someone who can help us take our MailerLite game to the next level!

Responsibilities:
– Work with our team to design and conceptualize campaigns
– Create email campaigns and automations that support an outstanding customer experience, encourage engagement, and increase sales.
– Run A/B testing on campaigns and landing pages to help us fine-tune our marketing messaging
– Get approval for all work before posting
– Create reports to show important metrics and track campaign outcomes
– Manage our email list

Required technical skills & experience:
– Email marketing experience (must know MailerLite)
– Copywriting experience, especially marketing & sales copy

Soft skills:

We are busy entrepreneurs & moms. So it’s really important that our VA:
– Is a fast learner and a team player
– Pays close attention to detail
– Is responsive and has a positive attitude
– Helps us identify opportunities & things we might be missing

Basic skills:

In addition to having excellent English skills, you’ll need to use the applications listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be familiar with most of them.

– Web research using search engines like Google, etc
– Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
– Communication apps like Marco Polo, WhatsApp, etc
– Project management software (Asana preferred)
– Time tracking software (TimeCamp or other options)

Work schedule & hours:

This is a PRN (as-needed) or project-related position that is paid on an hourly basis. Hours are flexible – work when it’s convenient for you as long as we can rely that you can meet the (realistic) deadlines we set together.

Rate: $5/hour
