KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation and Outreach:
– Identify prospects matching defined client avatars and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
– Understand and internalize prospects’ pain points and dreams to create meaningful connections.
– Customize outreach messages based on individual factors such as years in practice, firm size, practice area, and recent events or posts.
Social Media Engagement:
– Manage content calendar across multiple channels, primarily LinkedIn and YouTube.
– Curate and repurpose content to engage the target audience effectively.
– Create engaging graphics and landing pages to capture leads.
– Monitor metrics to analyze performance and suggest improvements.
Email Outreach Campaigns:
– Implement personalized email campaigns to drive engagement and traffic to lead magnets.
– Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities effectively.
– Coordinate scheduling and logistics for client prospect meetings.
Content Creation and Management:
– Assist in graphic creation and light video editing for social media posts.
– Support in managing sales pipelines and outreach calendars.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
– SEO and SEM Skills: Enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
– CRM Experience: Manage and nurture leads effectively.
– Feedback Collection and Analysis: Gather insights to improve strategies.

– Landing Page and Website Development/Modification: Proficiency in LeadPages, WordPress, and web content management.
– Computer Skills & Basic IT Knowledge: Proficiency in Office Apps, Google Docs, Analytics.
– Organization/Project Management: Keep tasks organized using tools like Asana, Monday, or Calendly.
– Communication: Effective communication skills, willingness to share ideas, and clarify tasks.
