Role Overview:
As an Outreach Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in executing various link building activities to increase our clients’ backlink profiles. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, collecting contact information, managing data in Microsoft Excel sheets, pitch writing, email outreach, and assigning guest post assignments to writers. You will collaborate with the SEO team to implement effective link building strategies and contribute to the overall success of our clients’ SEO campaigns.
Responsibilities:
– Prospect and identify relevant websites, blogs, and online platforms for link building opportunities.
– Collect accurate and comprehensive contact information of target websites’ owners, webmasters, or editors.
– Organize and manage data in Microsoft Excel sheets, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
– Develop persuasive pitch templates and personalize them to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential link partners.
– Conduct email outreach campaigns to initiate contact with target websites, promoting link building placements or guest post opportunities.
– Collaborate with writers on guest post assignments, ensuring adherence to client requirements and SEO best practices.
– Monitor and track progress of link building campaigns, regularly updating relevant metrics and reporting to the SEO team.
– Provide support and collaborate with other team members on additional SEO tasks and projects when necessary.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in link building, outreach, SEO, content creation, or digital marketing.
– Excellent research skills with the ability to identify relevant websites and collect accurate contact information.
– Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and management.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and communicate effectively with website owners and editors.
– Knowledge of SEO best practices and an understanding of how link building contributes to search engine rankings.
– Familiarity with email outreach tools, CRM systems, or project management tools is a plus.
– Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
– A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the SEO industry.
