Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Email Sender. This role involves developing and executing email strategies, creating engaging email content, and ensuring successful email campaigns that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute email send-out strategies aligned with business objectives.
Segment email distribution lists based on criteria such as customer personas and engagement metrics.

2. Email Creation and Design:
Design and create visually appealing and responsive email templates.
Craft engaging email content consistent with brand voice and style guidelines.

3. Campaign Execution:
Schedule and send emails to targeted recipient lists.
Ensure accurate segmentation and appropriate audience targeting for email distributions.

4. Engagement and Follow-ups:
Respond to email inquiries and customer feedback promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies to maintain ongoing communication and nurture leads through email channels.

5. Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor email campaign performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Generate comprehensive reports on campaign outcomes and provide actionable insights.
Maintain spreadsheets and reports to track email performance and audience segmentation effectiveness.

6. List Management:
Maintain and update email databases to ensure compliance.
Implement strategies to grow and engage the email subscriber base effectively.
Utilize personalization techniques to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

7. Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate closely with sales, design, and content teams to align email activities with overall business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proven Experience:
Minimum of 3 years as an Email Sender, preferably in a similar operational role.
Experience in recruitment is advantageous.

2. Communication Skills:
Ability to create compelling email content tailored to different audiences.
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure email content alignment.

3. Excel Proficiency:
Proficient in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and managing email campaign metrics.

4. Independence:
Self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

5. Analytical Mindset:
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate campaign performance, and identify trends.

7. Knowledge of SEO:
Understanding of basic SEO principles and content strategies to enhance email campaign performance.
