The Snow Agency is a growing digital marketing agency in need of an email copywriter. The ideal candidate is a creative team player, talented wordsmith, and grammar sleuth. You will be responsible for developing marketing and communications content that will separate our clients from the crowd!
What You’ll Be Doing
– Write both long-form and short-form copy for direct response purposes across various
media, including but not limited to:
– Content Briefs
– Landing and Product Pages
– Email & SMS Marketing campaigns, In-app & Web-app push marketing, and
more.
– Partner with marketing and ad development teams to share insights from content performance and to become an expert on the client brands we work on
– Proofreading and editing copy for the Agency
– Seek out high-converting content styles for the agency to use and drive improvement of content best practices
– Identify gaps in strategy briefs/strategy prompts from service teams to improve internal inputs and shorten content writing turnaround time
– Dissecting and analyzing market research & testimonials for relevant information to use for copy
– Develop and maintain a clear and consistent brand voice for our clients
– Understand marketing psychology and implementation of copy that focuses on pain points, benefits, and/or features to sell products and services
– Apply data-driven methodologies to write effective copy
– Collaborate with other teams to fill their copywriting needs, and partner with designers/developers to facilitate the creation of advertising assets
– Ensure proper grammar, spelling, and syntax utilization across all materials, proofreading as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
– 1+ year relevant copywriting experience. Ad agency preferred, but not required.
– Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to receive and assimilate critical feedback
– Able to multitask while providing support for other teams
– Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and prioritizing tasks
– Solid understanding of digital communications and media channels
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google
