Email & SMS Marketing Specialist for Suntouched

Suntouched is an e-commerce brand all about natural beauty + personal development, with the mission to help people bring their best hair and self to light.

We are seeking an all-star Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to join our team. We’re looking for a talented, innovative, and data-driven individual who can take charge of our email marketing and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo. Our ideal candidate is someone who is not only experienced but is also passionate about driving results and creating a lasting impact on our business.

What you’ll be doing:
– Improving our current funnels, to ensure the best possible customer experience
– Creating weekly email marketing and SMS campaigns with Klaviyo
– Running A/B tests to improve the performance of our email and SMS campaigns, like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
– Tracking the performance of email, SMS, and performance marketing campaigns, and coming up with ideas for improvement.

What we’re looking for:
– Proven experience in email marketing, SMS marketing, and performance marketing, preferably in the eCommerce industry.
– A Klaviyo wizard who knows all the best practices for email and SMS campaigns.
– A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills (Google Analytics and other tracking tools are your best friends).
– Great communication and teamwork skills.
– Self-motivated, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
-A love for keeping up with the latest marketing trends and strategies.
– Someone that resonates with our brand messaging, values & aesthetic
