Job Description

Luxury Desert Escapes is a dynamic and growing short-term rental business specializing in providing exceptional Airbnb experiences. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team, focusing on email marketing and providing administrative support to our office manager.

Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:

-Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns.
-Create compelling email content to engage and retain customers.
-Monitor and analyze email marketing performance and suggest improvements.
-Manage and segment email lists for targeted marketing efforts.

Administrative Support:

-Assist the office manager with day-to-day tasks and projects.
-Handle reservations and bookings, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
-Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
-Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure timely property readiness.

Content Creation:

-Design marketing materials using Canva and Photoshop.
-Develop social media content to promote our listings and engage with our audience.
-Write and edit copy for marketing materials, blog posts, and social media.

Tools and Software:

-Utilize Stayfi for email capture and marketing.
-Use Google Suite for collaboration and document management.
-Employ Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in email marketing, communication, writing, and social media marketing.
-Proficiency with Stayfi, Canva, Photoshop, Google Suite, and Microsoft Word.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Previous experience in the short-term rental industry is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience in customer service and handling reservations.
-Creative flair for designing engaging marketing content.
-Strong analytical skills to measure and improve marketing efforts.
