Forbes Riley Media is seeking a ROCKSTAR Email Support Representative. The successful candidate will be able to read and write native level English. The successful candidate will also be looking for a long term work opportunity with a growing company that they can grow with.

Schedule: Sunday – Friday, hours are subjectable to what is going on that week.

Requirements:
Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time Zone
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Proven customer service experience
Strong internet connection (live speed test will be required during the final interview)
Someone with minimal outside work commitments
Knowledge of email support software and tools
Takes written and videoed directions well
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge and desire to learn the relevant products and services of the company
Good time management and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
The Ideal Candidate:
Has answered emails through Outlook before
Can attend live training and stay focused throughout the duration, providing: links, support and guidance to students.
Has completed SOP for a past job and can complete them while being detail oriented
Has strong organization skills with the ability to tag/organize support emails correctly
Can edit automations in Active Campaign (detailed directions given)
Other miscellaneous tasks along the lines of data entry
Looking to join a fun, growth oriented team
Is looking for long term, Full-Time work and growth in an emerging company
Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by customers
Identifying and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams
Maintaining accurate and updated records of customer interactions and support issues
Assisting customers with account-related issues and providing guidance on product features and usage
Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
Continuously updating knowledge of company products and services
Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance metrics
Communicating and collaborating effectively with team members and other departments
