We offer training from Private Pilot licenses to Certified Flight Instructor ’re seeking an Email Support Specialist to act as the face of our company and ensure smooth daily operations. If you have a passion for aviation and top-notch customer service skills, join our dynamic team and help shape the future of aviation training.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Email Support Specialist to manage our email communications. The ideal candidate will handle general inquiries, respond to frequently asked questions, screen for common disqualifications, and forward serious new student inquiries to schedule a tour. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient communication and providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
– Email Filtering: Manage and filter incoming emails to categorize and prioritize based on content.
– General Inquiries: Respond promptly to general inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
– Frequently Asked Questions: Utilize a knowledge base to answer frequently asked questions, ensuring consistent and clear
communication.
– Screening: Screen inquiries for common disqualifications to streamline the process of scheduling tours and onboarding new students.
– Forwarding Inquiries: Forward serious new student inquiries to the appropriate department for scheduling tours and further engagement.
– Documentation: Maintain accurate records of email communications and actions taken.

Qualifications
– Experience: Previous experience in a call center or screening role is preferred.
– Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills in English.
– Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively.
– Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using email systems and customer service software.
– Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Passion for Aviation: Must have a genuine passion for airplanes or aviation.

Work Hours & Benefits
– Monday – Friday
– Full-time – Can work on own timezone but needs to be able to work CST as needed.
