EMAL MARKETER / SALES REP NEEDED FOR NEW POS SOFTWARE COMPANY

Overview:
We are seeking to hire a few dynamic and results-driven Email Marketer/Email Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and drafting email marketing campaigns to help drive sales conversions. You will play a critical role in crafting compelling email content to catch a business owner’s attention!

Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Management:
– Scraping the web for qualified businesses
– Create engaging and persuasive email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action.
– Utilize email automation tools to schedule, send, and track campaigns effectively.
– Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
– Track and analyze key email marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
– Generate regular reports on email performance, highlighting successes, trends, and actionable insights for optimization.

Qualifications:
– MUST HAVE STRONG INTERNET CONNECTION – MUST HAVE BACKUP INTERNET POWER SOURCE
– Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a sales-focused role.
– Proficiency in email marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
– Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive email content.
– Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaign performance.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
