THE BASICS:
Position:Employee Experience Coordinator
Company:Clarity Complete Cleaning LLC
Location:California, PST time
Shift/Hours:Flexible Hours, 9 Hours a Week (3 days x 3 hours), Thursdays 9 am – 12 pm PST, Other Days 9 am – 12 pm or 1 pm – 5 pm PST
Pay:Competitive, Based on Skills
Pay Frequency:Weekly via Direct Deposit (for the prior week)
Employment: Part-Time (9 hours per week)
Time Zone: PST (California)

Responsibilities:
As our Employee Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the success and satisfaction of our team members. You will be responsible for:

– Recruiting A-Z:Managing the full recruitment process to bring in top talent.
– Setting Up New Hires:Assisting new hires with onboarding and tools setup.
– Matching New Hires With Mentors:Pairing new team members with experienced mentors.
– 1-Week New Hire Check-In:Conducting virtual check-ins via Zoom based on scorecards.
– Hours Verification & Payroll:Ensuring accurate hour verification and payroll processing.
– Policy and Training Management: Keeping policies and trainings up to date and creating new ones.
– Biweekly Team Meetings: Hosting productive team meetings via Zoom.
– Goal Setting & Growth Check-Ins:Collaborating with the team to set and track growth goals.
– Creating Engagement Themes: Developing regular competitions and themes for short-term wins and recognition.

Requirements:
We are seeking an individual who embodies the following attributes:

– Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Familiarity with HR processes and employee engagement strategies.
– Proficiency in using Zoom and other digital tools.
– Prior experience in HR, employee experience, or related fields is a plus.
