We are an overseas talent agency that is hiring for multiple clients.

Our current client is looking to hire an employee for a full-time VA position and this role will also involve company administrative tasks, influencer marketing, and sending swag.

Essential attributes for this position are:

* Highly intelligent and fast learner
* Must be collaborative and provide suggestions and improvements. Not just take direction
* Highly motivated, responsible, and hard worker
* Can follow directions when provided
* Can figure out how to do things even if clear instructions are not provided
* Self-motivated and independent (not needing constant feedback or management to perform tasks)
* Proficient in using the computer, searching on Google
* Excellent written and oral English communication skills
* Experience with market research, customer service, and spreadsheets
* Must be very proactive to problem-solving and troubleshooting tasks without a lot of direction

Challenge #1 +BONUS

1. Create a new Gmail account that includes the number 1220. Example “

2. Create a Google spreadsheet for that account.

3. Add 3 columns: Keyword, Search Term, Impressions

4. Make the header row fixed – so even if you scroll down it remains visible.

5. Go to Amazon and search for “bath”. Amazon will provide you with suggestions in the drop down menu.

6. Write the word “bath” in the Keyword column. Add all the suggestions to the Search Term column – a new row for each one.

7. Use / to find out the search volume for each search term on Google US.
Write the volume for each one in the Impressions column.

8. Share the spreadsheet with

9. Then also send an email at with the subject “Challenge #1 Complete” and in the body of the email mention your full name and the link to the spreadsheet. You should send the email from the Gmail account you just created

10. Send a voice note describing a little about yourself, your background, why you wanted to apply for this role, and why your experience makes you a good fit.   Have it be 60 seconds long.

11. You will receive a reply within 24h. If you succeed you will receive the next challenge.

If you failed you will receive an email saying “Sorry, thanks for trying.”. If you receive that email it means you are out.
