Job Description:

As a Multifunctional Employee, you’ll play a pivotal role in our daily operations by handling three key responsibilities:

Product Listing:

Spend approximately 5 hours per day preparing products for advertising on our social media platforms.
Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless execution of product listings.
Keep the process on track to avoid delays.
Update Google Sheets with product information as per given instructions.

Facebook Ads Creation:

Allocate around 2 hours per day to craft engaging ads in the Facebook Business Manager using provided lists and creative materials.

Data Entry:

Dedicate a maximum of 1 hours per day to entering sales and cost data into multiple spreadsheets, including Excel sheets related to Shopify.

Requirements:

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support.
Proficiency in Shopify, Gorgias, Slack, and DeepL.
Familiarity with Excel for data entry tasks.
Competency in platforms like Trello.
Availability for weekly team meetings.
Strong organizational skills, motivation, and eagerness to learn and grow.
Availability of 8 hours per day, seven days a week, after an initial two-week trial period.

Salary:

Starting salary of $1.5/$2.5 per hour.
With a workweek of 56 hours (8 hours per day, 7 days per week), the weekly salary will be $115-$120
