Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant Agency Manager at Care And Support For You (CS4U), you will play a vital role in our efforts to connect with potential clients as well as potential healthcare partners (Caregivers). Leveraging your recruitment expertise and marketing knowledge, you will create and implement strategies that promote our home care and healthcare services. Here are some of the key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client and Partner Engagement:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and healthcare partners.
• Understand their needs and cultivate strong relationships.
• Ensure client satisfaction and foster partnership development.
2. Team Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting and tracking applications on job sites like Indeed, onboarding potential applicants onto our platform, conducting interviews, and matching recruited caregivers or healthcare partners with suitable job opportunities or clients (this involves telephone and email communication).
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team.
• Ensure that the team delivers high-quality services to our clients and other partners.
3. Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our home care and healthcare services.
• Identify and target potential clients and partners.
• Utilize digital marketing, social media, and other channels effectively.
4. Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality control measures to maintain excellence service.
• Review and provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement.
5. Financial Management:
• Oversee budgeting and pricing of services.
• Manage invoicing, payments, and financial reporting.
6. Technology and Tools:
• Evaluate and implement relevant tools and technology for efficient operations.
7. Legal and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and contracts.
8. Client Onboarding:
• Understand client needs, set expectations, and coordinate with the team for effective service delivery.
9. Problem Solving:
• Identify and resolve challenges promptly to ensure smooth operations.
10. Reporting:
• Prepare regular reports on agency performance and marketing efforts.
11. Continuous Improvement:
• Seek opportunities to enhance processes, services, and marketing strategies.

• Proven experience in managing a virtual assistant agency or a related role.

Some highly trained healthcare professionals are responsible for monitoring vital signs, filling doctors’ orders, documenting the tasks they perform and the client’s condition, and communicating between the client, family, and doctors. Some caregivers may visit multiple homes per day and make short visits to several clients, while others may stay with one client for a certain period of time per day.

Since the services provided by CS4U are in the realm of non-medical home care nature, hence different from a medically skilled home health enterprise or nursing agency, our part-time, full-time, and around the clock services are designed for people who choose to live independently, while receiving support in their homes or care facility.
