Pilvo Pty Ltd seeks a proficient Employment Hero Specialist to join our team. We are dedicated to optimising our human resources and payroll processes through innovative technology solutions like Employment Hero.

Position Overview:
As an Employment Hero Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for all matters related to Employment Hero within our organisation. Your role will involve maximizing the functionality of the Employment Hero platform to streamline HR and payroll processes, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. You will collaborate with various departments to implement and maintain Employment Hero solutions tailored to our organization’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the subject matter expert on Employment Hero, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.
– Lead the implementation and configuration of Employment Hero modules, including HR, payroll, performance management, and employee benefits.
– Customize Employment Hero workflows, forms, and templates to align with our organization’s policies and procedures.
– Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees and managers on using Employment Hero features and functionalities effectively.
– Continuously assess and optimize Employment Hero processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
– Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot technical issues, escalate complex problems to Employment Hero support when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
– Stay updated on Employment Hero updates, new features, and best practices, and communicate relevant information to internal stakeholders.
– Act as the liaison between our organization and Employment Hero, providing feedback, suggesting enhancements, and participating in user groups or forums.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience working with Employment Hero or similar HR and payroll software, with advanced proficiency.
– Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.
– Excellent technical skills, with the ability to navigate software platforms, configure settings and troubleshoot issues.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
– Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to lead implementation projects from inception to completion.
– Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Certification in HR management or payroll administration.
– Prior experience implementing and managing Employment Hero or similar HRIS platforms.
– Familiarity with other HR and payroll software solutions.
– Experience in change management and organizational development initiatives.
