To complement our B2B activity, we have launched an e-commerce site for B2C, small trades customers. To ensure its success, we are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Freelancer to join our team and help drive traffic through paid advertising and SEO.
Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Freelancer, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility, drive targeted traffic, and ultimately boost sales on our e-commerce platform. You will have the opportunity to work independently and showcase your expertise in paid advertising and SEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising (PPC):
• Develop, manage, and optimise pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-converting keywords and optimise ad copy to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Create compelling ad creatives and landing pages to improve ad relevance and quality score.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
• On-page SEO optimisation, including content optimisation, meta tags and meta description.
• Technical SEO audits to identify and address website issues affecting search engine rankings.
• Link building strategies to improve domain authority and backlink profile.
• Regularly monitor and report on website traffic, rankings, and other SEO-related KPIs.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and SEO rankings.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising and SEO.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Increase website traffic by 20% within the first three months.
• Achieve a minimum ROAS of 1:5 for paid advertising campaigns.
• Improve organic search rankings for targeted keywords, aiming for top 3 positions on Google.
• Maintain a consistent ad budget while achieving targeted results.
