2. Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial interviews and screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit with client facilities.

3. Building Talent Pools: Create and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings, ensuring a constant supply of skilled healthcare professionals.

4. Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements, build strong client relationships, and provide ongoing support to meet their staffing needs effectively.

5. Compliance and Credentialing: Ensure candidates’ compliance with industry regulations and credentialing requirements, including licensing, certifications, and background checks.

6. Matchmaking: Pair candidates with appropriate job opportunities that align with their skills, career goals, and client requirements.

7. Interview Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate candidate interviews with clients, offering guidance and support throughout the process.

8. Offer Negotiation: Assist in compensation negotiations and offer acceptance to ensure successful placements.

9. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to candidate and client interactions, placements, and compliance activities.

10. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in healthcare regulations to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
