Our administrative va would be working in our back office as well as include customer service responsibilities.
Daily Task would include:
Answer Phone Calls
Data Entry into Crm systems
Email Clients
Calendar Management
Sales/Appointment Booking
Follow Up with Clients
Communicate with Admin team
Create Social Media Content
Be fluent in English and able to relate and connect with customers
To qualify you will need at least 1 year experience in
-Customer Service
-Calendar Management
-Appointment Setting

In addition to having excellent English skills , you’ll need to use
the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an
expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with
most of them.
? Web research using search engines like Google, IE,
Bing, etc
? Microsoft Word
? Gmail and other email applications
? Google Docs & TypeForm
? Communications apps like, FB messenger, Microsoft Teams etc
? Project management software – Asana
? Time management or time tracking software

This is a full-time position
Mondays – Fridays, 9am-5pm
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 1st year
We currently observe, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. We are open to discussing what Filipino holidays are important for you to observe
