When it comes to LED lighting, the truth is that business owners, ESCO’s, and contractors have been getting the short end of the stick for a long time. Many businesses are still completely uneducated about the potential savings and rebates available, and even worse, some have been sold poor-quality products that don’t suit their needs.

We are here to fight for the little guy. We are putting dollars back in our local business owner’s pockets by helping them significantly reduce their product and energy costs. Just this last year, we’ve helped our partners and customers save hundreds of thousands of dollars on their lighting needs by providing a factory direct lighting solution.

We’ve proven the model and pitch and now we are looking to expand the services we offer to our customers by bringing on an in-house rebate specialist.

Job functions include:
· Researching and understanding rebates for LED Lighting and other energy efficiency products offered through various utilities all over the USA.
· Understanding of older lighting technologies and new LED fixtures in order to properly fill out rebate applications and paperwork and provide accurate rebate estimates to our sales team and customers for potential projects.
· Rebate Manager owns the rebate process and ensures all proper steps are followed including, but not limited to: rebate estimate, submission of paperwork for pre-approval, scheduling of site visits, submission of final project invoicing, and ensuring the final rebate check is received by the assigned party.
· Must be willing to work on US hours for at least half of the day.

About Brilled Lighting:
The Brilled Lighting brand was created in 2019 as the beginning of our distribution brand for our LED Lighting products. Prior to that time, our LED products had been sold in the US primarily through OEM and private label channels. With the launch of the Brilled Lighting brand, we have invested heavily over the last 5 years in growing our own partner network all over the United States.

As our rebate manager, you would play a crucial role in providing the best possible experience to our customers and salesman. Growth opportunities are almost endless for those willing to put in the effort to be here at the beginning and help grow the Brilled Lighting brand.

· Expert skills in Excel Spreadsheets

· Fluent in English (You will need to call and create relationships with utilities)
· Solid understanding of Math and Numbers – You should be able to help us identify ideal products to maximize rebates for various programs.
