Job Description

We are an American Company in search of a diligent Engagement Specialist & Lead Researcher! This is a full-time opportunity brimming with potential for advancement for the right candidate.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm US EST, 40 hours a week.
Pay: $1,100-$1,200 USD per month + 13th month pay

Role Overview:
This role centers around meticulous lead research and management, utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify new leads and support our sales team’s efforts. The ideal candidate will present a friendly and professional demeanor, excelling in both communication and research skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Research and Technical Proficiency:
– Perform in-depth research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify new leads, ensuring a robust pipeline for the sales team.
– Maintain the accuracy and completeness of lead data within our CRM system, including updating contact information and company details.
– Utilize various digital platforms for research, including LinkedIn and other web-based sources, to gather essential information for sales initiatives.
– Skillfully manage email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential leads.
– Proficient with CRM systems, particularly with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & .

Administrative and Organizational Skills:
– Participate in up to 5 video meetings per day, with an average of 1-2 daily, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.
– Exhibit high organizational skills and the ability to work independently, demonstrating self-starting capabilities.
– Collaborate closely with the sales team via Google Chat & Google Meet to streamline information flow and lead management processes.

Engagement and Support:
– Handle inbound inquiries effectively, qualifying leads to align with the appropriate sales representatives.
– Assist in the coordination and scheduling of meetings, contributing to a seamless sales process.
– Utilize LinkedIn and other digital solutions to proactively engage with potential leads, facilitating the scheduling of meetings for Account Executives.
– Employ LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools for outbound engagement to secure meetings for upcoming conferences and travel.

Qualifications:
– Technical proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and .
– Strong communication skills and a professional presence for daily video interactions.
– Independent working capability, with a proactive approach and initiative.
– Excellent time management, attention to detail, and adaptability.
– Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
– A minimum of 2 years of experience in a full-time, virtual role.
– Must be available to work US EST hours.
