Currently running two brands from feminine health care and kitchen niche, she sells in the US and all EU Amazon platforms. With her team, she helps women to improve the quality of their life by providing them products made out of natural and toxic-free materials. The use of such products does not harm women’s health and preserves nature at the same time. Tina puts a great focus on the company’s values: commitment, engagement, persistence, and education. Knowledge and experience are not as important as personal growth!
Tina is stressed though, as she is spreading herself too thinly in her commitment to scale her two brands. She has too little time due to various other commitments.

WHAT JOB DO WE OFFER?
A rockstar Social Media Manager and Designer, to take over our own social media channels and work with influencers on a regular full-time basis (40 hours per week).
Someone who can just take care of preparing social media strategies for our e-com brand without running back to Tina every 5 minutes. You know – preparing creatives and copy for social media posts and running all social media accounts in order to increase views and engagement, looking for influencers and doing collabs with them, preparing promotions for our followers. Someone who will be running a responsive FB group for our target audience and suggesting new strategies and approaches. Someone who is passionate about social media and creative designs and who loves taking product lifestyle pictures.
Tina offers a fully remote full-time job, without any pre-defined working hours, which could be started right away. Tina doesn’t track working hours as she trusts team members and looks for results only. Tina offers all the resources for growing mastery in social media and influencer marketing, you only need to be resourceful and open to learning.
Tina doesn’t look for a VA who is just waiting for the next task to be given to him/her. Tina wants a specialist, who will run social media channels and influencer marketing from the strategic and operational point of view after the onboarding period. Tina wants somebody who will take decisions independently and take strategic approaches.
We offer a fixed payment in the first three months during the onboarding process and then we will add a variable bonus based on results.
