We are currently in search of a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Engineer/Media Buying Assistant.
Position Overview:
As an Engineer/Media Buying Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our media buying team with technical expertise and analytical skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize digital advertising campaigns, implement tracking solutions, and contribute to the overall success of our clients’ marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Optimization:
Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to enhance media buying strategies.
Collaborate with the media buying team, receiving guidance from experienced media buyer, to implement optimization tactics based on data analysis.
Technical Implementation:
Implement and manage tracking solutions to ensure accurate measurement of campaign performance.
Work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to media buying platforms.
Data Analysis:
Utilize analytical tools to interpret campaign data and generate actionable recommendations.
Produce regular reports and communicate insights to internal teams and clients.
Collaboration:
Work closely with media buying, creative, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions into campaigns.
Contribute ideas and insights to enhance overall campaign performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
Has a stable and reliable internet connection (it’s 100% remote).
Can work flexible but prefers normal business hours (9-5 Eastern, M-F).
Can get started quickly.
Has proficient experience with technology and utilizing social media, project management software (Asana and Monday), Slack, and CRMs.
Can work under pressure and move quickly, especially in chaotic situations with multiple clients starting up.
Can follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and remain organized and communicative at all times.
Is a self-starter and can work independently in a remote work environment.
Has a functioning webcam to attend Google Meet video calls or shoot Loom video recordings when necessary.
Newbies with no prior experience as a media buyer are welcome to apply; we provide comprehensive training.
