We are currently looking for Engineering Recruiter who may want to apply their knowledge and experience in Civil Engineering to recruiting Electrical, Mechanical, and Structural Engineers. This position will also involve recruiting Construction and Project Managers.

This can be a Digital position only (no taking phone calls) but will still need to attend team meetings with cameras and mics on.

Responsibilities

As an Engineering Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of the sourcing and hiring of engineering professionals to fill technical positions. They will work to identify and fill job openings, interview candidates, and keep records of applications. Additionally, to be a successful Engineering Recruiter, you should have an excellent working knowledge of technology, engineering roles, and technical skills and understand the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Candidates who went to school for engineering but who have never done recruiting are strongly encouraged to apply.

Technical recruiting experience in an agency environment, preferably in the engineering field.

Must have a strong experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting for contract and staff positions.

Recruitment hands-on experience on various projects in a client-facing environment.

Engineering/Technical understanding and willingness to learn is more important.

Identify, source and pursue qualified engineering and environmental professional talent.

Must be able to work the overnight shift or 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Part-time is also available during these same time parameters.

Must have a computer that is modern and can handle downloading our time-tracking app. Also, you must have a good and stable internet connection.
