Your Role:

As a Sales Writer, you’ll be an integral part of our team, with responsibilities including:

Engaging in insightful conversations to learn about our clients. (Mostly informal and casual. Smalltalk skills are required)
Building and maintaining strong, informal relationships with a diverse client base.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries via our messaging platform.
Driving sales through hard work and a strategic approach.
Following scripts and directions to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.
Managing and tracking sales and customer engagement, maintaining professionalism even under pressure.
