Pexly is looking for the ideal candidate who is passionate about global recruitment and talent search. As a member of the HR team, you’ll be responsible for recruitment of support agents and staff for various projects with different requirements, all around the globe.

It’s fully remote job!

The schedule: from 9AM to 6PM Central Europe time zone

Responsibilities:

Lead full cycle recruiting process including posting/advertising, sourcing, screening, and interviewing, as well as offer extension/negotiation/closing.
Source resumes in a wide range of global and local recruitment channels, including job boards and social media
Identify and engage candidates, conducting outreaches to active and passive candidates.
Timely analyze and respond to inbound resumes from candidates
Publish job ads on career pages, job boards and social networks.
Maintain solid industry awareness and market intelligence in terms of hiring trends, competitive intelligence as well as compensation challenges and trends.
Execute referral generation strategies, leveraging existing agents and support staff, corporate partnerships, industry relationships, etc.
Input candidates in the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Work closely with the individual Sales Managers and Project Managers for agents’ interviews, and preparation of agents to be interviewed by the Clients.
Participate in HR Recruitment meetings
Keep in touch with the local labor markets for better, cheaper, new or more efficient recruitment platforms.
Actively propose new ideas which can increase the inflow CVs and increase the level of agents with regards to soft and hard skills.
Wotk with HR Admin for documents collection, signing cooperation offers and contracts.

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience as a (global) recruiter.
Experience in Outsourcing/outstaffing company is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Fluency in other languages (German or French) is a plus.
Outstanding communication skills.
Result oriented, attentive to details, performance driven, headhunter skills.
Amazing organizational skills.
Ability to self-time manage.
Experience in using ATS.
