Job Description

I’m looking for someone to help me better manage my inboxes, do basic research, and generally help me stay organized in both my business and personal life. You will spend about 2/3 of your time helping my company and the other half of the time helping me and some of my other businesses directly.

I will create tutorials for you for almost all of the tasks you will be doing.

– Some tasks you will do to help my company, The Mop & Broom:

Help manage calendar and email. Notify me of urgent emails that need my response

Updating excel spreadsheet with daily job data, adding next day cleanings into slack

Drafting and sending invoices

Screening and responding to indeed applicants, scheduling to

Scheduling and managing cleaner availability for my business – Handing scheduling and employee day off requests through spreadsheet. Handing any client and job management communicating with our cleaners

– Some tasks you will do to help me and some of my other businesses:

Help manage content schedule for both personal and business. Editing and posting on social media at given times

Cold dm and outreach to new potential brand ambassadors and add to google sheet

Compile lead lists and add to automation workflows

Basic customer service for my e-commerce business (research issue, copy and paste from a list of replies)

– The most important skill for this job is strong written English communication skills

– I’m also looking for someone with

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

A “can do” attitude and willingness to take on tasks of any size

At least six hours of overlap with US Central business hours (09:30 – 19:30 in UTC? 07:00) Monday – Friday

Weekend availability would be a big plus!

– Pay: TBD. This will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply for the job

I am looking for a full-time employee.

– You can work whenever you want as long as you have at least six hours of overlap with US Central business hours Monday – Friday (12 to 6 or 8-2).

– You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a salary, but if you work extra hours (more than 40) you will get paid.

– About me

I run two different companies: a residential and commercial cleaning service and an e-commerce business. I am also looking to grow a personal brand around these businesses. I have been working with VAs for about sixth months now and all my VAs have been very happy to work with me. You will be given the opportunity to speak with my current VA / data entry specialist before you are hired.
