Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Enrollment Professional to become a pivotal part of our team at a premier Coding and Cybersecurity Bootcamp. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, education, and excels in phone sales, with a disciplined, authentic approach to engaging potential students.

You must have excellent English speaking and communication skills, as this role involves phone and chat interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Phone Sales Mastery: Utilize your seasoned skills in phone sales to effectively interact with potential students. Your role will involve persuading and engaging both individuals and businesses, highlighting the transformative impact of our bootcamp courses.

Lead Management: With access to thousands of leads, you’ll be responsible for managing, nurturing, and converting these leads into enrolled students through personalized interactions.

Selling Educational Courses: Draw upon your experience in selling courses and training programs to effectively market our coding and cybersecurity courses to a diverse range of clients, including individuals and corporate entities.

Technological Expertise: A solid understanding of software development, cybersecurity, and AI concepts is crucial in this role. This knowledge is key to advising students and guiding them to appropriate courses that match their career aspirations.

Online Chat Engagement: Be proactive in monitoring and responding to inquiries through our online chat platform, providing timely, informative, and supportive responses.

Tech Curiosity and Savviness: Stay curious and informed about the latest trends in technology. This ongoing learning will enable you to offer relevant and current insights to prospective students.
Work Hours:

Part-Time Schedule: This position requires a commitment to work from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Saturday Hours: Additionally, the role includes working hours on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in phone sales, with the ability to meet and surpass targets.
Experience in selling educational courses or training programs, especially in technology-related fields.
Strong grasp of software development, cybersecurity, and AI concepts.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing a diverse audience.
Self-disciplined, authentic, and integrity-driven.
Tech-savvy, with a continuous drive to stay updated on technology trends and developments.
