As we continue our rapid growth, we’re on the lookout for a dedicated, insightful, and dynamic Enrollment Support Specialist to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
Familiarize yourself with essential details of our products and services.
Answer queries from the leads thru calls, emails, & sms
Conduct enrollment meetings with students via Zoom calls
Guide and provide assistance to leads or students throughout the enrollment process
Provide support to the enrollment team
Efficiently manage and organize student information
What We Look For:
MUST HAVE A NEUTRAL ENGLISH ACCENT AND VERY CONVERSANT in the language.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Must be willing and comfortable to be on camera for Zoom calls anytime within the day.
Must have a neutral background when on camera.
Must be able to work from a place with no background noise.
Must be assertive and able to make recommendations.
Persuasive and results-oriented
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
Proven work experience in customer service based industry
With experience in graveyard shift.
Familiarity with Google apps (Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Docs etc.,)
Willing to work on Saturdays if needed
