We are an EdTech Company located in the US and we are looking for an ENROLLMENT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE (Appointment Setter) to perform a variety of tasks and support for our company’s growth.
We’re looking for someone who can add value, make recommendations and most importantly, grow with the company. We are looking for a high performing individual and we will offer a commission package that will match the job.
This is a full-time and long-term position, your full attention and dedication is highly needed. Must be able to put in your 8 hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET as we are located on the East Coast of the US.
Responsibilities:
Accept calls from prospective clients as they arise
Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you
Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company
Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services.
Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments
Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Enrollment Advisor
Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
Evaluate if the client/lead is a good fit for our programs
Help in developing the call processes
Track and organize the leads through CRM or Database
Requirements:
Must have a neutral English accent, VERY IMPORTANT.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Advanced research skills.
Must be willing and comfortable to be on camera for Zoom calls throughout the day.
Must have a neutral background when on camera.
Must be able to work from a place with no background noise.
Must be assertive and able to make recommendations.
Persuasive and results-oriented.
Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role.
With experience in graveyard shift.
Familiarity with Google apps.
Willing to work on Saturdays if needed
Additional Job Details:
Expect you to work at least 40hours weekly.
You will be paid paid Bi-weekly.
Must have a working computer.
Must meet deadlines 100% of the time.
Must download Slack.
Able to use Asana.
Compensation:
Commission Based. Potential Earning of $1,300-$1,600/month
Commission scheme will be discussed further during the interview.
