Job Description

We’re seeking an Entity Investigator who wants to grow to their full potential with our team and Company for years to come. In this position, you’ll be responsible for conducting in-depth digital investigations into various businesses and the individuals connected to them, with the goal of uncovering and identifying the true legal entity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Gather & analyze information from various sources, including documents provided, public records, databases, and online
activity.
• Research entity information based on data provided by entity representatives via phone, SMS, or email logs.
• Research entity information based on details provided by entity representatives, such as websites, review platforms like the Better Business Bureau, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn & Facebook.
• Research entity information through various public records available online.
• Compare entity information from all sources to find Connections between entities.
• Verify entity information through entity records provided by federal, state, and public sources.
• Report findings, providing comprehensive data outlining your results.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records throughout the investigation process.
• Maintain accurate and detailed file names, staying up-to-date on the most current company policies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be amenable to work 34 hrs per week, during U.S. business hours
Shifts are 6 hours Monday to Friday and 4 hours on Saturday (PST/PDT) or 6 hours
Tuesday to Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday (PHT).
PST/PDT
• Shift 1: M-F 9 am – 3 pm & Sat 9 am – 1 pm = 34 hours
• Shift 2: M-F 1 pm – 7 pm & Sat 1 pm – 5 pm = 34 hours
PHT/Philippines Time
• Shift 1: T-Sat 12 am – 6 am & Sun 12 am – 4 am = 34 hours
• Shift 2: T-Sat 4 am – 10 am & Sun 4 am – 8 am = 34 hours
Please Note: Daylight Savings will affect these hours biannually.
• Excellent oral and written English.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
• Personal drive, initiative, and resourcefulness with strong organizational skills within a highly dynamic changing
environment.
• Quality noise-canceling USB headset and personal computer to be used for work, with a reliable internet connection and in
case of loss of power or internet, a backup plan or location that provides power and internet connection within 30 minutes
of an outage.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• College Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Experience in investigative work or any related field is a plus.
• Understanding of public source references and the ability to obtain information through a number of different means.
• Experience using investigative databases and other relevant software (a plus).
• Strong report-writing skills and internet search skills.
• Proficient in research methods and data analysis techniques.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
• Familiarity with up-to-date remote work software (Zoho suits, desktop sharing, cloud
services, etc).
