Job Description

Are you trying to start your own business or want to? Do you want to get paid to get mentored? My name is Matt Vaadi and I am a seasoned entrepreneur. I am looking to hire a sort of “apprentice” who will work as my right hand to plan, market, and grow my latest venture, Founder’s Circle. This is a part-time role that is paid so you will be getting paid to learn and have the time to grow your own thing.

Does that mean you don’t have to bring any skills to the table? No, absolutely not. But, I am open to what you are good at. You could be a marketer, product person, project manager, I don’t really care but you need to bring some serious chops to the table to be considered. Read the more formal job description below and then apply if you think you are the one.

At Founders Circle, we specialize in fostering growth and facilitating collaboration among entrepreneurs. Our mastermind groups, inspired by the likes of Chief, Hampton, YEO, and Vistage, serve as a dynamic platform for entrepreneurs managing businesses with revenues exceeding $500k. Our mission is to create an environment that promotes sharing, learning, and mutual support among high-achieving entrepreneurs.

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as an Entrepreneur in Training. This unique position offers the rare opportunity to contribute to the operations and growth of Founders Circle while gaining invaluable insights into the world of entrepreneurship. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the planning and execution of our mastermind meetings, enhancing member communication, and expanding our vibrant community of entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities:
– Researching competition, market size, etc to help create the growth plan.
– Assist with creating strategic plan to grow the company to$100k/ month by the end of the year.
– Assist in the planning and logistics of mastermind group meetings, ensuring a smooth and impactful experience for all members.
– Play a key role in identifying and recruiting new members who meet our criteria and can enrich our community.
– Foster ongoing communication with members, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
– Support the creation and distribution of content relevant to our members, such as newsletters, updates, and resources.
Participate in strategic discussions and provide input on how to enhance the value and effectiveness of our mastermind groups.
– Engage in a tailored mentorship program, designed to enhance your entrepreneurial skills and understanding of business operations.

Additional Responsibilities:
– Assist with social media management and engagement strategies to increase visibility and member engagement.
– Conduct research on industry trends and provide insights to help shape our offerings.
– Coordinate virtual and, potentially, in-person events for our community.

Ideal Candidate:

– Someone with a strong interest in entrepreneurship, potentially running their own business, or looking to start one in the future.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
– Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
– Proficient in digital tools and platforms used for communication, project management, and social media.

Availability to work 4 hours per day, mostly aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

What We Offer:

A paid apprenticeship that not only compensates for your contributions but also invests in your growth as an entrepreneur.
– Direct mentorship and training from seasoned entrepreneurs.
– The opportunity to network with and learn from successful entrepreneurs.
– Insight into the inner workings of a community of high-caliber entrepreneurs.
– The chance to contribute meaningfully to the growth and success of both Founders Circle and its members.
