Position Overview:
My name is Philipp Niemann. I am from Germany and seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join me as a Virtual Assistant. This part-time role (15-20 hours per week) will involve supporting the operational activities of my start-up venture, specializing in the sale of physical products, particularly sunglasses. The pay for the job is 6$/h (=345Php/h).
Responsibilities:
1. Undertake start-up typical tasks to contribute to the growth of our business from its inception.
2. Work autonomously to accomplish assigned duties efficiently and effectively.
3. Engage primarily in written communication via Discord and Microsoft platforms (Sharepoint, OneDrive).
4. Enjoy flexible working hours to accommodate personal and professional commitments.
5. Demonstrate a strong interest in entrepreneurship and the drive to build something of my own.
6. Tasks include website or online shop creation using platforms like Shopify, running ads on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and marketing activities. Build a profitable E-Commerce Business.
7. Conduct research tasks such as market research, competitive analysis, and summarizing scientific works.
8. Generate creative ideas and provide innovative solutions to problems, thinking outside the box when necessary.
9. Display a willingness to go the extra mile when required.
Requirements:
• Possession of an Computer and acces to Internet. And also a Office 365 license.
