Job Description

**Position Overview:**
The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, providing direct support to our senior leadership, and ensuring that the administrative tasks of the company are handled efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Calendar Management:** Organize, prioritize, and schedule meetings, ensuring no overlaps and that preparatory materials are distributed in advance.
2. **Communication:** Serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and liaising with clients and partners as required.
3. **Document Preparation:** Draft, review, and edit memos, reports, and presentations ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
4. **Research & Reporting:** Dive into new topics, gathering information to support decision-making processes. Present findings in a clear and concise manner.
5. **Event Coordination:** Assist in planning and executing company events, workshops, and seminars, handling logistics and coordination.
6. **Administrative Tasks:** Handle day-to-day tasks such as filing, copying, booking travel arrangements, and processing expenses.
7. **Project Management:** Oversee special projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion.

**Qualifications:**

– Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
– Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
– Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with modern communication tools.
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
– Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
– Adaptable and open to working with new tools, software, and platforms.
