(Entry Level) Accountability Coach for Amazon Coaching/Mentorship Program

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accountability Coach to join our team for a dynamic Amazon coaching/mentorship program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about personal development and possess the skills to guide and support students through their individual milestones, ensuring they achieve the set goals within our program. As an Accountability Coach, you will act as the primary point of contact for students, addressing their challenges and steering them in the right direction towards their personal and entrepreneurial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Guidance: Provide weekly checkpoints via our coaching platform, helping them set realistic goals, create actionable plans, and navigate through obstacles.
• Milestone Tracking: Regularly monitor and assess student progress against their milestones and program objectives. Offer constructive feedback and strategies to improve performance.
• Resource Direction: Direct students to appropriate resources and additional support within the program, ensuring they have access to the tools they need to succeed.
• Motivation and Support: Foster a supportive and encouraging environment, motivating students to stay committed to their entrepreneurial goals and the program.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with students through various channels, ensuring they feel supported and engaged throughout their journey.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to the program directors on student progress, highlighting successes and areas needing attention.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Amazon Private Label is a plus.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or a related field, with a strong background in setting and achieving goals is preferred but not a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Good command of speaking and writing in English language.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a knack for keeping others on track.
• Ability to identify challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools, project management tools and similar platforms.
• A compassionate and patient approach, with a deep understanding of personal development and growth processes.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• WE ARE ONLY SEEKING CANDIDATES WITH ENTRY TO MID-LEVEL PROFICIENCY.

Compensation:

$3 per hour

Working Hours:

6:00 am – 2:00 pm Pacific Time (PDT/PST)
Full Time – 40 hrs/week

Onboarding: From: Jun 24, 2024 – To: Jun 28, 2024
Start Date: July 1, 2024

– Please note that the start date for this position is tentative and will depend on the volume of students enrolling in the program. We will be needing at least two Accountability Coaches. Selected applicants will be considered as buffer Accountability Coaches until the start date is confirmed.
