Inbound Found () is in search of an entry-level junior web developer to join our web design and marketing agency.

We design and optimize websites for b2b companies. We improve website business performance using a UX, SEO and CRO centric approach with a heavy focus on website content strategy.

**Job Responsibilities**
– Collaborate in the development, testing, and enhancement of React-based components and features for our web applications.
– Contribute to the debugging and optimization of frontend code to improve efficiency in marketing and analytics workflows.
– Work on React-based UI enhancements and assist in creating a seamless user experience.
– Provide support for troubleshooting frontend issues and ensuring a smooth user interface.
– Continuously learn about frontend development, particularly React, and apply this knowledge to daily tasks.
– Contribute to maintaining detailed documentation of frontend coding and development activities.
Specific examples of possible initiatives:
– Possibly convert a create-react-app instance with 10 pages from using Material 5 w/ Emotion to Tailwind.
– Create reports by working with GraphQL and learning React library or similar graph visualization libraries
– Actively learn about the field of gen AI, and how we can streamline going from Figma exporting to code generation to save on frontend dev time, share findings with team.
– Work on making React frontend more robust for basic user account features or integrating with WordPress
*Job Requirements*
There are no specific requirements. But we are looking for someone who can show previous web development experience or learning (whether online or in a CS degree program).
Please note that developers who can show 2 to 3 years relevant experience would be hired on the higher end of our provided wage range. Fresh out of school developers would be hired on the lower end.
