Entry Level Marketer / Copywriter

We are looking for a fast and eager VA to work on a range of Marketing tasks for us.
The successful candidate will be someone who ideally has a Bachelor in Marketing and Communication and is passionate about alternative health and well-being. If you have excellent English skills (verbal and written) and are keen to grow with our company, then we want you.

You’ll be working off the Asana project management software. Your main responsibilities include:
• Email marketing and Social media marketing
• Implementing Marketing strategies
• Brand Development
• Develop advertising campaigns including Ad management
• Monthly reporting and ROI calculations

To do this job, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below.
You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them and be enthusiastic to learn:
• Project management software (Asana)
• Copywriting and editing experience
• Email marketing software (Aweber)

You don’t need to have the following skills to be hired. But if you have them, it would be an advantage:
• Graphic Design (e.g. Canva)
• Basic knowledge of WordPress

Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. More important to us is your integrity, commitment, and desire to learn and grow with our business.
Clear communication and honesty are paramount. If you are not able to hit a deadline or you make a mistake, be upfront about it, we are all human after all.

We are looking for a long-term relationship over many years with a person who:
• can work with minimal supervision
• is a fast learner
• pays close attention to detail
• can follow instructions to the letter

This is a full-time position.
• Mondays to Fridays AEST. The schedule can be negotiated.
• You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6-month probation period (PTO).
• We honor most National Filipino holidays except for ‘All Saints’ and ‘All Souls’ Day
• Your salary will start at PHP15000 per month (40 hours a week) and will be renegotiated after a successful 3-month trial period.
• We also offer a 13th-month bonus to employees who have worked with us for at least 6 months.
• As well as SSS and PhilHealth contributions after the trial period.

As you work with us, we will need you to take on more responsibilities over time and we will provide you with the necessary training.
When our company grows, you’ll also have the chance to be promoted and earn more.
