We are adding an entry-level recruiter to our team with the initial title of Sourcing Consultant. We are looking for someone who loves matching great people with great careers. This is rewarding work knowing you’ve helped someone advance in their career.

What you will do:
Chat/text (SMS) with job applicants and candidates we re-engage
Develop sourcing campaigns using CRM for automation scripts for email, SMS, and phone
Source passive candidates via multiple professional and social networks and tools (Linkedin, Job Boards, GitHub, Loxo Source, Boolean search strings and tools, and more)
Types of positions we recruit – IT, software developers, analysts, project managers, C-levels, VP levels, Directors, accountants, marketers, etc.

Communication – written and verbal communication skills are very important for this role as you will be interfacing with candidates via chat/SMS, email, and phone. Also, communication within the team is important to keep candidates engaged and flowing to our clients
Tech Savvy – being technically curious and always wanting to find a better way to do things are important for our growth. Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel and search engines, browsers, social media
Positive Attitude – you are a possibility thinker
Presentation – ability to present yourself and the team well. Ability to take complex ideas and present them in simple, easy-to-understand ways
Customer service – you have a passion for creating great customer experiences and understand how the small details and small extra efforts equate to meaningful customer and candidate relationships

A College/university graduate is the ideal level for this role but is not required
