Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing: The primary role involves editing and optimizing videos for various social media platforms. You’ll ensure content is engaging and aligns with our brand’s voice and message.

2. Hashtag Research: Keep abreast of trending hashtags relevant to our industry and audience, ensuring our content reaches its desired target.

3. Basic Content Creation: While a significant amount of content will be provided, there’s room for creativity. You’ll occasionally be responsible for crafting original content pieces.

4. Engagement: Actively engage with our community during US business hours. Respond to comments, foster relationships, and ensure our brand’s presence is strong and positive.

5. Content Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance of our posts. Use analytical tools to gather insights on which content pieces resonate most with our audience.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house graphic designer to develop cohesive and engaging visuals.

7. Recommendations: Based on your personal insights from content analysis, provide recommendations on content directions and strategies that could be beneficial for our brand. These need to be innovative ideas. AI can be used only to enhance ideas. Social media requires a human touch to build the right kind of connection.

Strong communication is a must.

Familiarity with AI for marketing applications but must limit usage in daily/weekly touch bases or assessments with manager.

For Full time positions only:

13th Month Pay:

Employees who have worked for the company for at least one year are eligible for the 13th month pay. The amount of the 13th month pay is equivalent to one-twelfth (1/12) of the employee’s total basic salary earned within the calendar year.

The 13th month pay is paid on or before December 24th of each year.

Flexible Schedule:

Employees are allowed to work a flexible schedule, provided they work a total of 40 hours a week. Employees are expected to be available to respond to messages for four or more hours during normal CST work hours. The specific hours of work may vary between employees, but must be agreed upon with their manager in advance. Generous time off allotted anually.

Work Schedule:

At least 4 to 6 hours between 9 pm to 4 am Philippine time. The rest you can do at your preferred time as long as you have a total of 40 hours a week.

It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure that their work is completed on time and to the expected level of quality. Employees are reviewed based upon the quality of work produced, not the number of hours worked.

Timeproof:

Timeproof will be used for time tracking, but pay will not be based on the number of hours worked. Salaried employees will be paid as such, and time tracking does not influence pay or performance based bonuses.
