Key Responsibilities:
As an Entry-Level Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in upholding our core values and supporting the efficiency and success of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Data Entry: Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in various databases and spreadsheets.
Research Tasks: Conducting online research to gather information, compile reports, and support decision-making processes.
Scripted Communications: Drafting and sending scripted emails and messages to clients, partners, and team members as needed.
Calendar Management: Organizing and managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
Email Management: Monitoring and managing email inboxes, filtering messages, and responding to routine inquiries.
Platform Proficiency: Utilizing platforms such as Google Workspace, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and others as necessary for daily tasks.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role and uphold our core values, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) and other relevant tools.
Ability to adapt and learn new software and platforms quickly.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Prior experience in a similar administrative or virtual assistant role is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
