We’re need a versatile individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in handling a wide array of detail-oriented tasks, from social media management to collaborative share threads and backend help for .
What you’ll do:
Write and schedule social media content with guidance and editing provided
Format and design images and graphics for blog and social media use following style guidelines and templates
Utilize WordPress to convert and update recipe cards, clean up broken links, and more
Develop post content following a provided format and template
Manage tracking databases for articles and social media shares
Skills needed:
Experience with Google Docs and Sheets
High-quality written English skills
A great eye for detail
Strong organization skills with strategies to manage detailed or complex tasks
Must be inquisitive
Be a keen and quick learner
Self-motivated
Positive, no excuse attitude
Good communication skills
Pluses include:
Experience with social media – Facebook, Pinterest, Flipboard, Instagram, and/or YouTube
Experience with the back end of WordPress
Experience with database tools such as ClickUp and AirTable
Experience with Slack
Experience with AI tools
Experience with cooking – dietary restrictions from vegan and vegetarian to gluten or dairy free diets, an understanding of cooking styles and ingredients
*Note that we recognize this is an entry level position and you may not have direct experience with all these tools and platforms. We provide training for every tool and platform and support your development to ensure you are able to successfully do your job.
The job is Monday to Friday and pays $2/hour. This is a full-time schedule at 40 hours a week. You may
choose your best working hours, but I need a few hours every day, at minimum, when you can overlap with
Central time, and we can communicate directly without delay. There is also one daily task (~30 minutes) that needs to be completed in real time on a schedule that varies from 6am to 9am Central Monday to Friday.
