Responsibilities:
Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media, and events
Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management
Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules and deadlines
Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Skills and Abilities:
Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
Strong administrative Skills
Social Media and Email Marketing
Experience posting and managing events on digital ticketing platforms (Eventbrite or comparable sites)
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
Digital Event Planning
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Qualifications:
Well-versed in spoken and written English
Strong computer and data entry skills
Friendly, upbeat, and excited to receive feedback to improve
