Job Description: Equipment and Inventory Virtual Assistant (Philippines)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Equipment and Inventory Virtual Assistant to join us. You’ll be a key player in managing and tracking equipment, vehicles, and supplies for our field teams. Your role requires strong organization, and you’ll use software to keep accurate records of our assets. This job is ideal for someone who’s calm, focused, and likes to pay close attention to details.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with field crews and management to collect information about equipment and supplies used.
Use special software and tools to keep an updated inventory list of everything we have.
Keep track of where our vehicles, tools, and other equipment are, so they’re used effectively.
Help create systems for maintaining and servicing equipment, making sure everything’s in good shape.
Keep an eye on supply levels, and reorder things when we’re running low.
Make regular reports about how equipment is used, when maintenance is needed, and how much inventory we have.
Team up with the procurement folks to make sure we get what we need on time.
Keep organized records of equipment details, repairs, and warranties.
Talk with field crews and teammates to answer questions about equipment and supplies.
Qualifications:

Good at paying attention to details and juggling lots of tasks.
Comfortable using computer programs to keep track of things.
Experience with handling databases and making reports.
Can use technology and software to work with inventory.
Can explain things well in writing and when talking.
