Our company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant with a focus on inventory management and construction supplies. If you have a strong background in administrative support, along with experience in inventory control and construction materials, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for construction supplies.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.
Assist in the procurement process by preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to forecast material needs and ensure proper stock levels.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, optimizing cost efficiency.
Generate reports on inventory status, including usage, trends, and potential risks.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of inventory management systems and tools.
Support the administrative team with various tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
Knowledge of construction supplies and materials is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using inventory management software or systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
