Job Description

We are currently hiring an experienced virtual assistant / customer service representative with a proven track record in processing Employee Retention Credits (ERC) for businesses and tax-exempt organizations. As an ERC Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers with filing their Employee Retention Credits accurately and efficiently. This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities:

– Efficiently process and assist customers and CPAs (Certified Public Accountants) with filing Employee Retention Credits (ERC) with the IRS.
– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels.
– Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the Employee Retention Credit program and related processes.
– Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues in a timely, accurate, and friendly manner.
– Take ownership of customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
– Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide insights to improve our processes and customer experience.
– Generate reports and perform data analysis to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
– Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline the ERC filing process.
– Stay updated on the latest regulations and guidelines related to the Employee Retention Credit.

Requirements:

– Proven experience and expertise in processing Employee Retention Credits (ERC) for businesses and tax-exempt organizations.
– Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask accurately and efficiently.
– Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
– Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and learn new instructions and procedures.
– Excellent data analysis and entry skills.
– Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including but not limited to, email systems, project management tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
